This FAQ is intended to provide general information for attendees and vendors. It should be read alongside our Event Terms & Conditions, Vendor Booking Terms, and Privacy Policy.
General
Where is the event held?
The event takes place in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, UK. Full venue details will be published on the website and event listings closer to the event date.
What time does the event start & finish?
Event opening and closing times will be advertised in advance. Early bird access opens before general admission.
Will there be food?
Yes. However, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be catered for. Guests with specific allergies or intolerances are advised to bring their own food as a precaution.
Is there a cash machine?
Please note there are no cash machines on site. If you do need to leave the event to withdraw cash, remember to keep your wristband on so you can re-enter.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is available, but this is dependent on the venue. We will notify if there is no parking available.
I have buyer’s or seller’s remorse, can I reverse a transaction?
All sales and trades are considered final once items and payment have been exchanged. Any negotiations regarding returns or refunds should be made directly with the vendor.
Entry & Tickets
Is entry free?
All attendees must purchase a valid ticket for entry. Ticket types, pricing, and availability are published on the official website.
What is Early Bird access?
Early Bird access is a paid option that allows entry before general public admission. Early Bird tickets are limited and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Tickets should be purchased in advance via the official website.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organiser. Refunds are not issued for failure to attend, late arrival, or personal circumstances.
Can I cancel within 14 days of purchase?
No. Under UK law, tickets for leisure events held on a specific date are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
On The Day
Will there be wristbands?
Yes. Wristbands or hand stamps may be used to manage entry and re-entry. These must be worn or retained at all times.
Is re-entry allowed?
Re-entry is permitted subject to wristband or stamp validation.
Is the event family-friendly?
Yes. Children must be supervised at all times.
Is CCTV in operation?
Depending on the location of the venue, Yes. CCTV may be in operation for security and safety purposes.
Vendors
How do I apply for a vendor table?
Vendor applications are submitted through the website. Tables must be pre-paid to secure a booking
Are vendor tables refundable?
Vendor cancellations may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the Vendor Booking Terms. Vendor no-shows are not refundable.
Do vendors need insurance?
Vendors are responsible for holding appropriate Public Liability Insurance covering their activities at the event.
Am I responsible for my own stock?
Yes. Vendors are solely responsible for the security of their stock, cash, and equipment.
Do vendors need to deal with their own tax?
Yes. Vendors are responsible for their own HMRC tax compliance.
Conduct & Safety
What behaviour is expected?
All attendees and vendors are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event.
Other
Can photos or videos be taken at the event?
Photography and video recording may take place for promotional and security purposes.
Vendors have the right to refuse photography or video recording from attendees.
